Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Kelly Barta and I am a Hill Country–based real estate agent, proud mom of two elementary-aged kids, and wife of ten years (we celebrated our decade this past October).
Before real estate, I built my career in account management and project management, where I learned how to stay organized, communicate clearly, and advocate fiercely for the people I serve. Those skills now translate directly into how I guide my clients- with thoughtful strategy, strong follow-through, and a calm, steady presence through what can feel like a very big process.
Real estate, to me, is deeply personal. It’s not just about buying or selling a home. It’s about timing, trust, and feeling supported every step of the way. I value relationships, transparency, and making sure you always feel informed and confident in your decisions.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me soaking up time outdoors (especially near the water), reading a good book, always starting my morning with coffee and quiet time with Jesus. Community matters to me, and I love living and working in a place where connection still feels personal.
