What Happens After You Go Under Contract?

Once you’re officially under contract, what’s next? Here’s a quick breakdown of what to expect:
📝 Option Period: You’ll schedule inspections and negotiate repairs.
🏦 Appraisal & Financing: Your lender will verify the value and finalize paperwork.
📋 Title & Survey: Legal checks are done to ensure a clean transfer.
🔑 Final Walkthrough & Closing: You’ll review everything and get your keys!
